Personalized Items

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales of personalized items are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for these products.

However, if you have any issues with your order, such as a defect or damage, please contact us immediately at contact@akbshop.com. We are committed to ensuring you're happy with your purchase and will do our best to find a solution.

Non-Personalized Laser Engraved Items

You may return non-personalized laser engraved items within 30 days of the purchase date.

• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

• All returned items must be in their original condition.

• Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it for any damage or use.

• A full or partial refund will be issued within 5 business days after our review is complete, depending on the condition of the item.

Please ensure the item is packaged securely to prevent damage during transit. For a return to be approved, the item must arrive in the same condition it was sent.
